Hello from the hive! At Honey Grove, we're dedicated to bringing you the highest quality, most delicious honey straight from our bees. We take great care in harvesting, bottling, and shipping our products to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition.

 

Our No-Returns Policy for Food Items

 

Due to the nature of our products—which are perishable food items—and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any honey or other food products.

This policy ensures that every jar of Honey Grove honey you receive is fresh, safe, and has been handled only by our dedicated team.

 

What to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect

 

While we pack our products with extra care, sometimes accidents happen in transit!

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged: (e.g., broken jar, leaked contents)

  • Incorrect: (e.g., wrong flavor or size)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order!

  1. Include your Order Number in message.

  2. Include a brief description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging.

We will review the information and, in most cases, we'll be happy to arrange for a replacement of the damaged or incorrect items to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
